Is the service door

We can collect from your door or you can
also bring your goods into the Malaga depot. We will then
deliver to the receivers door. |

How will my goods be transported?

The usual method is by road, but you may
also choose to use our Air Freight service at an additional
charge. |

Can I insure my goods for transport? |
| A. |
No! Due to the Financial Institution Reform Act 2004 - But we can put you in contact with an insurance broker if you wish to obtain your own policy.

What happens if my goods arrive
damaged? |

Unfortunately there is a always a risk
of damage in transit even if packed well. Please refer
to our Terms and Conditions. |

What goods won't you accept for
transport? |

Washing Machines, Dryers, Fridges, Furniture,
basically all white goods. (Unless in original factory
packaging) |

Can you provide a C.O.D service?

No, all goods must be pre-paid, prior to
the goods leaving our premises. |

Can you provide a packing service?
|
| A. |
Yes. We have a packaging service that includes
Shrinkwrap, Bubble Wrap and placing your goods into sturdy
cartons. |

What is the most weight I can place
in each carton? |

25kgs maximum, (as per Government Regulations) |
